Finance Manager

Key Responsibility: 1. Assist in the preparation of annual budget that accurately reflect the bank's strategic plan, this includes the review of the performance of business units against their respective budgets. 2. Develop and implement proper procedures and controls to effectively track the performances of business units. 3. Put in place an MIS system that will enable continuous tracking of the division's performance, total bank business performance and provision of management and external reports. 4. Produce accurate management reports which reflect the actual performance of the bank and its position periodically. 5. Produce accurate statutory reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and comply with the international Accounting standards. 6. Undertake the analysis of all financial and operational information with a view to keeping management update at all trends within the bank as an aid to decision making. 7. Assist in the external and internal audits 8. Give guidance, decision and advice on strategic planning, financial planning, accounting and management and operational support for the bank.
