FLIGHTS OPS - DISPATCHER (2POSTS)

RESPONSBILITIES: Ensure all flight plans on the Precision Air network are generated accor ding to Company policy. ? Provide Aeronautical Information Service (AIS) and meteorological pre - flight briefing for all crews as per assigned flights and other stations, where applicable. ? Action all Sitatex telexes/E - mails plus urgent NOTAMS for efficient sa fe operations ? Prepare process and provide all updated dispatch documentation and information for readiness of flight crew briefings. ? Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of Operations Dispatch office in order to maintain conducive working environment ? To ensure that airfields nominated as destinations and alternates are suitable for each individual flight. ? Provide timely briefing to flight crew, in conformity with Company policy and Air Navigation Regulations (ANR) for safe operation of the flights. ? Advise Load Control on any payload status on the sector(s) to be flown so as to maximize payload ? File Air Traffic Control (ATC) flight plans with Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) in accordance with legal requirements ? To ensure that adequate fuel is carried on ev ery flight as per Precision Air fuel policy
