Key Responsibilities 1. Preparing documents to put out tenders for FM vendors and contractors 2. Project management and supervising and coordinating work of vendors and contractors 3. Investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises. 4. Planning forfuture development in line with strategic business objectives 5. Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities 6. Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance mail, archiving, cleaning, catering,waste disposal and recycling 7. Ensuring all bank buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation in order to keep staff safe 8. Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises 9. Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
