CLIENTS of KCB Tanzania have been encouraged to use sustainable trade system which is centered in profit, economic development, social welfare and environmental quality.

The system helps the sustainable manufacturing of assets from the company to the country level, including company shareholders, employees, communities, distributors and the government.

This was disclosed over the weekend by the bank’s Executive Director, Mr Moezz Mir, at a dinner organised for bigger clients in Dar es Salaam.

Mr Mir said the sustainable trade system does not look at today’s generation but future generations as it brings economic development, for example suitable payment of tax, increased jobs and investment in key sectors such as education and health.

Commenting on the benefits of the system, the bank’s head of marketing and communications, Ms Christine Manyenye, said it helps in terms of the reduction of operating costs, productivity, increased profit and customers who are compatible with diversity.

“The effects of not following the sustainable system costs the subject because it is contrary to the benefits mentioned including effects in lack of product marketing for not reaching international standards consistent with legal effects where its end is losing a lot of money through compensation, fines or the collapse of the company,” Ms Manyenye stressed.

Ms Manyenye assured customers that KCB bank has managed to succeed because its operations were based on sustainable trade system.
