Mwanza based trader wins 10m/- from Vodacom JayMillions

A TRADER from Magu District, James Mangu, won a 10m/- from the 13th Vodacom Jaymillions promotion campaign draw.

Mr Mangu, an entrepreneur and a father of four, said he received the news with great joy and he believed that the money he had won would change his life.

“For a long time I’ve been struggling with my business and dealing with so many challenges such as lack of capital. I believe this victory will improve my life and help me start a pharmacy.

This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time,” he said. He said also he would use the money to pay school fees for his children and improve his living condition.

“I’m very grateful to Vodacom for the Jaymillions promotion. I believe the money I won will change my life,” he said. He has participated in a number of promotion draws but has not been lucky, he said, adding that the win has convinced him to view similar draws by Vodacom were genuine.

Speaking shortly after the announcement of the winner, Vodacom Tanzania’s Public Relations Manager, Matina Nkurlu, congratulated the winner and encouraged other Vodacom customers to participate in the draw.

Mr Mangu is the second lucky winner of 10m/- from Vodacom Jaymillions after Highness Kanumba from Katavi Region who won 10m/- recently. Five other customers have won 1m/- each and thousand others have won airtime.
